Use of the tools
dicompeek is free to use. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Not a medical device
The tools are not medical devices and are not cleared or approved by any regulator. They must not be used for diagnosis, treatment decisions, screening or monitoring. Read the medical disclaimer, which is part of these terms.
No warranty
The site and its tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind. Images may be displayed or converted incorrectly, for example with a wrong window, orientation or scale, or may fail to open. You are responsible for checking any output before you rely on it or share it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any loss or harm arising from use of, or inability to use, the site or the files it produces. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Your data and your responsibilities
You are responsible for having the right to open and convert the files you use, and for following the privacy rules that apply to them (such as HIPAA or GDPR). Because processing happens in your browser, the site does not receive the files, but where you save or send the results is up to you.
Trademarks
